Shipping & Delivery Policy

ChurchDiary is online church management software, delivered over the internet at churchdiary.in and in our mobile apps. ChurchDiary is owned and operated by Justin Sam Samuel, a sole proprietor (Udyam Registration UDYAM-TN-34-0123582), of 9-140, Residence, Kumarankudi Vilai, Mekkamandapam, Kalkulam, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu 629166, India. Nothing is sent by courier or post, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

• A plan, upgrade, renewal or add-on is activated automatically as soon as PhonePe confirms the payment — usually within minutes.
• A confirmation with the GST invoice number is emailed to the paying administrator’s registered email address, and the invoice downloads from the Subscription page in the admin app.
• The Free plan needs no payment and is available as soon as you sign up. The own-domain add-on is free, so it is added without a payment.

Sometimes a bank confirms a payment late. If money has left your account but the plan is not active within 24 hours, email justinit21@gmail.com with your organisation’s name and the payment date and amount. We check the payment with PhonePe and either activate the plan or refund the payment in full, as our Refund & Cancellation Policy describes.

Two kinds of add-on need setting up once they are added. Setup starts when the payment is confirmed (or, for the free own-domain add-on, when you add it):

• Own domain — your church website on your own address. The domain itself is registered with, and paid to, your domain registrar.
• Your church’s own Android or iOS app — we prepare the app and submit it to Google Play or the App Store. When it is published depends on Google’s and Apple’s review, which we do not control. We keep you updated by email until it is live.
