Return Policy

ChurchDiary is online church management software, used at churchdiary.in and in our mobile apps. ChurchDiary is owned and operated by Justin Sam Samuel, a sole proprietor (Udyam Registration UDYAM-TN-34-0123582), of 9-140, Residence, Kumarankudi Vilai, Mekkamandapam, Kalkulam, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu 629166, India. We do not sell or send any physical goods, so there is nothing to pack, send back, inspect or exchange.

“Returning” a plan, an upgrade, a renewal or an add-on means cancelling it for a refund. That is handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• ask within 2 days of the payment by emailing justinit21@gmail.com, and the payment is refunded in full;
• your plan then goes back to what it was before — and if you added more users than that plan allows, those users must be removed first;
• after 2 days a payment is non-refundable for the rest of the year it paid for, except for duplicate or failed payments, which we always refund.

There is no exchange of one plan for another. You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time and pay only the difference for the rest of the year; plans cannot be moved to a smaller one.
